AF Series prefill valve is featured by small size, high flow capacity and no leakage. This refill valve cannot be operated unless the pressure has been relieved. It generally serves as the suck/drain valve between hydraulic cylinders and fluid tanks. For example, the fast clamp of heavy press machines requires oil to be sucked from the tank into the cylinder; during pressurization, the valve helps to prevent the oil flowing into the tank from the cylinder, and if it operates in the reverse direction, the prefill valve discharges the oil from the cylinder into the tank.
